Camp Fees

LLH Camps are an unlicensed program and so are not able to accept child care fee subsidy or offer a CWELCC discount

Full Week – Monday to Friday. This can be booked as individual weeks or for the whole summer.

Flex Option – allows families to book individual days based on their needs. This option is pre-purchased in increments of 5 days. Days must be purchased before the child attends the program. Flexcare packages can be purchased and then used for any of the camps. For example, a 5 day package could cover 2 days over March break and then 3 days of summer camp.

Trips over the summer may incur an extra cost; parents will be notified of this when they book the trips.

Payment

• Payments are due upon registration for all weekly bookings (winter break, March break and summer break).
• An invoice will be issued at registration outlining the payment dates and amounts due.
• All fees are to be paid via e-transfer to camp@littlelearninghouse.com. Please include your child’s first and last name in the message.

Notes

• Full weeks can be canceled and refunded with two weeks notice.
• Families that book in for all 8 weeks of summer camp will have their payments split into three, a deposit of the first week of fees upon registration, the remainder of July fees due June 1st and then the August fees due July 1st.
• Any scheduled days that are missed due to illness or vacation without 2 weeks notice are not refundable.
• If your child is scheduled for a full week and you need to cancel individual days then the rest of your week would convert to flex days and the higher rate per day would apply.
