Camp Program Fees

**As an unlicensed camp we can’t accept fee subsidy and are not eligible for CWELCC rebates**

Camp Schedule and Hours

Camp hours are 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Extended hours are available from 8:30am to 9am and from 4:00 pm to 4:30 pm at an additional cost, when booking.

2026 March Break Camp

• Early booking form: Expires Thursday December 18th, 2025, after this date Regular Camp fees apply – https://forms.gle/CynPLeZZT7fJ6CLDA 
• Camp will run Monday March 16 to Friday March 20 .

Care Options for March Break Camp

• Full week – Monday to Friday.  This can be booked as individual weeks or for the whole summer.
• Weekly fee – $300
• Individual Day Fee – $70
• Early Drop off and Late Pick up 8:30am-9:00am and 4:00pm-4:30pm $6.00 per day

2026 Summer Camp

• Early booking form: Expires Tuesday March 31, 2026, after this date Regular Camp fees apply
• Camp will run Monday June 29th – Friday August 28th, 2026 (Scheduled Closures will be Wednesday July 1 and Monday August 3).

Care Options for Summer Camp

Payment Due Dates

• All fees are to be paid via e-transfer to camps@littlelearninghouse.com. Please include your child’s first and last name in the message.
• Fees for Individual Days are due in full upon booking.
• Full payment is required upon booking registration. All bookings that receive the early booking discount will be locked in and will not be able to cancel dates.

Cancellation Policy

• $25.00 Cancellation fee will be applied for those canceling bookings. The remainder of fees will be refunded only to those who email Camp@littlelearninghouse.com or Amanda.p@littlelearninghouse.com 14 days prior to the registered camp start date. Cancellation 14 days or less of the registration camp start date are not eligible for a refund.
