Payment of Child Care Fees

 

Fees are due in accordance with your individual fee schedule.  It is the parents responsibility to ensure fees are paid no later than the due date.  

 

Parents are required to pay their full fees regardless of centre closure for reasons that might include but are not limited to:  statutory holiday, civic holiday, inclement weather, power failure, natural disaster or similar events which could cause a delay in accessing emergency services or in providing a reasonable level of safety for the children and staff.  They may not substitute another day in place of the day they miss. 

 

Parents are required to pay their full fee regardless of any sick or vacation days their child might take.  They may not substitute another day in place of the day they miss. 

 

L.L.H. will attempt to deposit cheques as scheduled however it is the parents responsibility to ensure funds remain available for fee payments.  Any cheques returned by the bank will be subject to a $25 NSF fee payable in cash to Little Learning House.

 

Late payment is grounds for termination of child care services without notice.
